Writing this review after using the product for 2 days of Ilife V20. Very good product. Easy to use and easy installation. Cleans the house and mops it easily. Thanks Ilife.

This is my second A30 purchase, and I have been using it for a while now. It has been working really well and the overall experience has been good so far. The cleaning performance is nice, suction feels strong, and it handles regular daily cleaning without any trouble. I have also tried other brands, but iLife feels better when it comes to support and service, which makes a big difference after purchase. This model comes with 10,000 Pa suction and a higher battery configuration, so the cleaning feels more efficient and performance seems improved over the A30 Pro. Overall, I am happy with the product and it has been a reliable choice.

I bought the V20 vacuum cleaner last week. The packaging and delivery was very well done. The pricing was very good for such a feature packed vacuum cleaner. Then Diya from the ILife customer service team was of great support to give me a good demo. As I have just shifted I was unable to take a full plan mapping demo. Hence requested her for help to complete that also. Diya has obliged. I would like to thank her.

Useful product and after sales service is also good.I although wonder that after sales service has happened through Video call, what if the solution is not found through the Video call.

Recently purchased this product and I’m quite satisfied with its performance. It cleans effectively and handles daily dust very well. Easy to use and definitely a good value for money.

The ILIFE V20 Vacuum Cleaner cleans well and is easy to handle. However, the water tank has been an issue—it stops draining after 2–3 months. Service support is good and they replaced it twice, but the root cause is still unclear despite following all instructions.

Nice product, does the job.Improvement recommendation1. Light in the product could be of a different color, as product is white and white light kind of gets hidden and difficult to see.2. Sound could be a bit louder.3. If the machine can be shaped square, it fits the edges and walls better right think.4. Prefer physical demo, and more detailed in cleaning techniques and all aspects of mopping.sumit was helpful.

Initially i was skeptic about how a robot can clean, sweep and mop at the same time. Apparently it does! A sweeping brush sweeps and picks up dust or particles and there’s a vaccum and also a mop. It does all three things simultaneously.We just need to keep its path obstacle free and less complicated. It slightly struggles in congested rooms where there are multiple tables, chairs and office chairs esp. Needs some attendant that time.Charging takes a long time, and it can usually do one full cycle of cleaning the house with that charge. Charging speed is slow.Mostly it is capable of returning back to the charger on its own. In some instances, might need to adjust and place it back.Anyhow i would say it is a good investment

Product is good. Water tank size could have been big.Otherwise, quality and speed of cleaning works fine for me.

Nice product for the elderly person. It was cleaning perfectly. One small hint for using the mopping is to immerse the pad into water before use for perfect cleaning.

Pros:- Good value for money.- The setup and room mapping is fast.- The automation support using the Smart life app is amazing- There was a customer support session setup by Ms. Janani to help get the device ready for use.Cons:- The vacuum suction is not strong enough (but this could be same for others in the same price point)

Nice product and it has definitely made daily life easier. However, I’ve encountered a few issues: it leaves water marks on the floor, and sometimes when there’s slight jerking, dust comes out of the machine. Aside from these concerns, I would like to sincerely thank the technician, who was professional and assisted me twice with installation and resolving my issues.
