Refund Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Personalized or final sale items are non-refundable.

Process

• Email Support@sabezon.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
• Once received, we’ll inspect your item and issue a refund or store credit.

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. Place a new order for your preferred item.

Damaged/Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, send photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a refund.
